Like many others trying to break into tech, I’ve found that it can be hard to really understand many of the topics taught to you, without having actual hands on experience in what’s being taught to you. That is where my homelab comes in.
Setup
Fair warning, my lab is in no way pretty, nor can I afford to make it any prettier at the moment. Contributing more to my lab setup is a priority, but due to space and financial constraints, as well as me simply not having a NEED for new equipment, the jank stays!

As you can see, it’s not the prettiest but I think showing off that you don’t need anything special or crazy looking like the setups you see on websites like Reddit in order to start your own homelab. It currently consists of:
